Deacon is always waiting and finally his wait is almost over. It was so great to meet Chappelle and "watch" her interaction with Deacon as they both make changes to get to happily ever after. Sometimes the timing seems off and then we look back to see it was actually perfect.
Really enjoyed this final book in the series. The Hammond’s and Ivory Peaks have become like home. Deacan and Chapelle are relatable characters in a multigenerational woven tapestry of love, hope, and faith. Thank you Liz for sharing your talent with us!
Outstanding conclusion to the Ivory Peaks series that includes catching up with many beloved characters and their lives. This is a wonderful read with romance, adventure, and all the feels. Excellent read.
I enjoyed this clean cowboy romance about Deacon and Chapelle falling in love as she goes to work on his ranch.
We have come to end of an amazing series and I am so sad to have read the last book. But it was amazing.
Deacon and Chappelle are such a wonderful match. Chappelle challenges Deacon in all the right ways, encouraging him to step outside his comfort zone while never hesitating to tell him exactly what he needs to hear. At the same time, Deacon's kind, tender-hearted nature makes him impossible not to love. He may be set in his ways, but together these two create a relationship that simply works, and I found myself rooting for them from beginning to end.
This book delivers every emotion imaginable. I laughed, smiled, and definitely shed a few tears—especially during the wedding scene and the final chapter. Thankfully, they were the best kind of tears: happy ones. The emotional payoff was beautiful and deeply satisfying.
Fans of Molly and Hunter will also be thrilled, as they play a significant role throughout the story, and the final chapter gives readers even more time with them. One of my favorite aspects of this book was getting to revisit so many beloved characters and see where everyone ended up.
Closing the final page left me with a profound sense of happiness and contentment. While I never want this series to end, this book provided the perfect conclusion. It was heartfelt, emotional, and wonderfully fulfilling. I honestly could not have loved it more. Five stars!
