Book 10: His Tenth Dance (Ivory Peaks Romance)

Sweet romance with relationship challenges that are overcome, as well as catching up with our friends in Ivory Peaks. The addition of goats and coyotes make this an edge of the seat read.

Mission is a very special man who thinks he is simple and undeserving of the good fortune that has come his way. He just became the Foreman of the Hammond farm where he has lived for 18 years. His Grandfather is his only family and most loved person. Then there is Kristy, she is a vet and a beautiful woman Mission would like to ask out. These two make a very sweet couple and reading their story is just lovely. With every book we see trials, forgiveness, faith and love. This story is so well written and the characters are like family. Another winner for Liz Isaacson.

Another fantastic book by Liz Isaacson, I loved this story so much I read it in one setting. I love how she writes paragraphs about other characters in previous stories in the series. This is Mission’s story, he has worked for the Hammond family for 18 years and has just received a promotion to farm manager. Katie Higgins is a traveling vet, Mission has had an eye on her for a while but doesn’t feel confident enough to ask her out. But thanks to his grandpa he gets a date. I loved the flow of the story, the characters who show growth and kindness. I loved the sweet romance and the faith the characters have. Mission and his sweet statements: "I want to spend my whole life learning how to love you better. Day by day, quiet and steady and...simply." Another beautiful story that I highly recommend.

Mission Redbay is the new foreman on the Hammond family farm. He is normally reserved, but has worked hard and is good with people. Kristie Higgins is the traveling veterinarian for the area and takes pride in her work. She is reluctant to form a relationship with Mission, but they both are drawn to each other and she recognizes he is a good man. This is an awesome read about family, relationships, and the continuing story of the Hammond family.

Mission hates the spotlight like a passion, but he has just be made the new Foreman at Hammond Farms. The Hammond’s trust him and know he will do a good job, but he can’t seem to get over what happened at the last ranch he was Foreman at.
Kristie is the traveling vet and she also has a past she is trying to get over. She is great at her job.
Kristie and Mission did not get off on the best foot when they first met, but there is something about her that draws Mission in. Kristie tries really hard to ignore her growing attraction for Mission. However, she soon realizes she has misjudged him and agrees to go on a date.
I absolutely love how Liz always incorporates other characters stories into her books, so we still get to be part of the Hammond family and learn how each of the is doing. We get a glimpse of who the next book will be apart and I love it.
